- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I am very appreciative of Dr Smith, he has been a big help for us for decades. This week their "policies" did not allow them to give a prescription for us to get flea/tick meds online. (after they offered to price match by phone) Logan County Vet did so with just a phone call. I understand they want the profit off their $50 price, they are very reasonable most of the time. We have been clients for over 30 years, and have brought in business from 2 states away. Still I think the "Procedure" is getting in the way of customer service & pet care.
